How to prepare

  • Defrost in the fridge overnight.
  • Place into a pre-heated oven at 180°C. (or Airfryer!)

Note: Our preference is to get good colour on the dough rather than a lighter colour.

The best Keto food I’ve ever bought

I ordered from a few different companies to find keto friendly foods when I don’t have time to cook. I must say these sausages rolls are the best. And as far as the other companies go they are not a patch on Palenafresh. Will definitely be buying more, and maybe never cooking myself again.😊

Best ever!

Not sure how you can make something so yummy that is keto friendly and gluten free - But you've done it! Cooked it really low heat in the air fryer to heat through then gradually increased the heat to get the pastry crispy without burning it. Definitely my new go to!
