Shipping policy

• We ship to 85% of Australia with refrigerated couriers.
• Orders leave us twice per week with order cut offs being on Tuesday and Saturday, 10pm.

• Please view our shipping info page for all postcodes we ship to, and delivery days.

All Deliveries 

Please note- If you are not going to be home for delivery, please purchase a Wool Insulation Lining on our site for your order to be delivered in. We send all of our orders with refrigerated couriers with 'Authority to leave'. If you do not purchase a Wool Insulation Lining, Palena Fresh takes no responsibility for your goods left at your door. All deliveries are delivered between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and you will receive a 2-hour delivery window via text message the evening before delivery as a guide.
