How to prepare

Defrost in the fridge overnight.
Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
Heat up an oven proof pan with 0.5cm of olive oil.
Fry Kiev one one side for 2-3 mins.
Turn Kiev over and fry the other side.
Place in the oven for 20 mins or until internal temp reaches 75°.
Rest for 3 minutes and serve!
