Chicken Chowder - 380g

Yet another of my favourite soups!
Diced chicken breast, finely diced carrot, red caps, onion, garlic cooked down with house made chicken stock (nothing packaged here mate!) and cream. Loaded with coriander (sorry, not sorry) and seasoned perfectly.
To re-heat this - you must allow it to completely defrost in order to not split the cream when re-heating.
Pour it into a pot and bring it to the boil. Simmer for only 1-2 minutes and let stand, off the heat for 5 minutes for the cream to slightly thicken.
