You'll Need;

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 lemon's zest (Optional)
  • 50-80g desired nut & dried fruit (Optional)

How to do?

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.
  • Empty pack into a clean mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs and optional ingredients.
  • Mix!
  • Create a flat log on lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 25mins.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Cut long strips with serrated knife.
  • Bake for a further 15 mins with strips laying flat, turning over half way.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Enjoy!

HINT- Store in an airtight container. Refresh in the oven if they get stale.
