OK, full disclosure. I am a MAJOR fan of Palena Fresh and everything Mel creates. I am a FAN GIRL!!! I choose Palena Fresh because I live with insulin resistance and MUST eat keto for my health. These spinach and ricotta rolls and SUBLIME. I pop them in the air frier for 10 minutes and serve them with a salad and I am satisfied until dinner! If you're new to Palena Fresh try them! I enjoyed the Brownie heated up and served with cream and some berries if i needed to use them up. I made the brownie last by enjoying little slices. I took it to work for Christmas morning tea and they enjoyed it🥰
I find them quite heavy so I cut them in half and toast them 💖 They go twice as far now🥰 I top them with keto goodies like butter or Avocado Bacon/ eggs/ basil / ham whatever I have handy. Love the sesame seeds. 🙏
This was my first time purchasing from a keto website, others I had seen didn’t seem to be as fresh & low carb as this one.. I read the reviews on the sausage rolls & took a gamble & ordered 9 of them! I’m so glad I did, they are amazing!!! You won’t regret it! I topped it with some mingle tomato sauce! Wow! What a terrific dish. It tastes wonderfully savoury and is so easy to cook. I could easily do these with a side salad and be happy. I would buy these every week if they were available all the time.

May not suit everyones taste but they sure do suit mine. So filling. Im new to this style of eating so newbie but I enjoyed this scroll. Im an overnight worker who has sweet cravings at the worst times so half of this scroll had helped m immensely.
OMG These little babies have been sitting in my freezer for months. Took them out and had 4 of them. I can't believe it took me so long to taste them. They are delightful and I'll be ordering again. Thankfully orders are done twice a week instead of once a fortnight!!! Yum yummy yum
A must buy! I was missing wraps now I'm on a lectin free, keto diet but these are delicious, hold their shape when packed with salad, chicken and mayo.
