Wool Insulation
We use refrigerated couriers and don’t automatically include insulation or ice packs. This allows us to avoid building additional costs into our product pricing, given that most of our customers are available to accept the delivery from the refrigerated van.
If you won’t be home to receive your delivery, or would simply like extra peace of mind, this option will keep your products cold for hours.
Delivery Information
We ship our orders twice per week with refrigerated and frozen couriers. Please refer to your order confirmation email or the banner at the top of our website for when the current window closes.
