Received my first order today. Very happy customer.
It was well packaged, chilled and delivered right on time.
I had to put a couple of cinnamon scrolls in the oven straight away to heat up for me and hubby . Yummo. Only thing I can think of to improve them would be to drizzle a little cream over them . Might try that when we have some more.
The remaining ones are safely tucked away in the freezer along with the hot cross buns for Easter…… if they last that long 😂
I also have the ANZAC biscuit mix to look forward to making.
I ordered from a few different companies to find keto friendly foods when I don’t have time to cook. I must say these sausages rolls are the best. And as far as the other companies go they are not a patch on Palenafresh. Will definitely be buying more, and maybe never cooking myself again.😊

Absolutely delicious and just enough to fill your tummy, you can taste every ingredients in the quiche I just love these meals and what other meal can you have for such a low cost so affordable for me,I could have the variety of quiche three times a week for dinner doesn't break my pension
Thank you for your creative innovation and persistence. We are in our 70s. In our search for better health we’ve adopted keto. We enjoyed the cabbage rolls but truly loved the lasagna. It went down a treat and was closer to form. Love your products!!
Love the flavor of the slow cooked meat filling, as good as the pies at my local award winning patisserie, but without the carbs. Complemented beautifully by the topping. I probably should add some veggies, but I find it a really satisfying meal without any.

We use these all the time. They're the perfect size. We've tried all different kinds of different cooking methods with these from microwaving, heating over a gas element, or cooking in a pan and they ALWAYS hold together. This photo is of the delish spinach, cheese and beef quesadillas with hot sauce we made a few days ago. Super tasty and super filling!
