ANZAC day is one of, if not the most important day in this house hold and it sure wouldn't be what it is without our ANZAC Bikkies.
We've created a dry mix for you to make them any day of the year and they couldn't be easier.... Well, sure... they could be slightly easier, but whats the fun it that?
You'll just need to burn a little butter, mix it together with our dry mix and 1 egg, shape them into a cookie and bake!
This mix will make you 6-10 cookies, depending on how you like them.
If you want a soft, chewy cookie... you'll make them a little larger.
If you want a firm biscuit, you'll make them a little thinner.
INGREDIENTS- ALMONDS (MEAL AND FLAKED), MELVIA (ERYTHRITOL, STEVIA), TOASTED COCONUT, BAKING POWDER, SALT, XANTHAN GUM.
