Delicious and nutricious! I have a half muffin lightly warmed with some cream or no sugar icecream for a yummy winter dessert for pre diabetic treat time. Super yum and comforting . Rich and tasty so a hlaf at a time is enough so great value too .

This keto lasagne is the best I've ever had. It's so hard to not to eat the entire tray. I've placed my 2nd order recently and this was the first item to go into my cart
