Sausage rolls takes so much like a regular sausage roll, but happily, no processed ingredients. They're great
I am so glad I found this site. I can now go back to eating the food I love which is full of flavour. No salt or spices needed. The only draw back is that it's a little pricey so 3can only get it once a month when I get as as I'm on a pension.

I share one of these pies with my wife, along with a zapple crumble. It's one of our favourite low-carb / keto meals, a bit of a treat. the flavours are great and adding some green beans of similar really makes for a lovely filling meal.
Great flavour - I have not had a cheesymite scroll in about ten years, but having the low carb option from Palena has changed all that. They're not huge, but the flavours are spot on, and they're very satisfying - On a fairly frequent rotation in my breakfasts

Beautiful succulent muffins that are low in carbs, filling but most of all delicious. Whether eating at room temperature or popping into the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Delightful & yummy.
This tastes as good as any tiramisu I have ever had pre keto - this was a game changer for me with having a delicious desert without sacrificing ketosis.
