I really missed cheesy mite scrolls when I went Keto. Now I have found some that I can eat. They are a fantastic snack to have and even better warmed up. Just ordered a second lot.

These scrolls are really nice. You can taste the garlic in them. I have actually used this as garlic bread with pasta as well as a separate snack. I've just ordered 2 more packets of these.

This is apple crumble (really) microwave it for 30 seconds add a scoop (or 2) of denada vanilla icecream and it just melts in your mouth.

Keto and delicious! Ive had it on the Palena pancakes and scones - have bought several times as a staple.

The mushroom soup is absolutely delicious and i couldn't wait to order it again. So satisfying. It's hard to believe it's keto.

When this was cooking the smell was so good, I could tell it was going to be great! I just wish the chicken had the skin on for a true Keto feed! The meat seemed to be more like breast than thighs...

Garlic and Lemon Chicken Thighs is the perfect meal. So delicious and you can sop up the gravy too. Two serves for me and I can definitely eat it twice in a row.

I love them, and my favorite way to eat them is with smoked salmon, cream cheese and snowpea sprouts or alfalfa. Super filing and taste like a real bagel but without the carbs. This is my 3rd order now.

This was very mush-roomy which I loved, the filling and the case were perfect and browned well in the airfryer, added a salad and it was a filling meal without the fuss.

These dinner rolls are the perfect size for me, I have used them for breakfast cut in half with eggs and avocado, and for lunch cut in half with ham and cheese melted on top, absolutely delicious.
