Whip up a bowl of this waffle mix and, stored in the fridge, it makes three waffle breakfasts for two. Economical, tasty and way keto friendly.
I bought a cute mini waffle maker and decided to try my hand making a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast. I am super fussy about breakfast is it is my favourite meal of the day, so prepared myself for disaster. That did not happen, these were absolutely wonderful. I just used half an egg, a little melted butter as I just wanted a waffle just for me. It was the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Now off to buy another 2 bags, just in case I need a buffer if you guys all hear how good they are :-) I can't live without it, now I have found.
