How to prepare

Defrost in the fridge overnight.
Place into a pre-heated oven at 180°C.
Cook for 20 mins or until lasagne is golden brown and heated through.
Let rest on bench top for 10 mins before serving.

Note: Do not turn on top grill function or over cook lasagne. Over heating the white sauce will result in an oily lasagne. All elements of this are cooked and just needs to be heated through.

Absolutely divine!

Long time low-carber/intermittant keto person here! I’m a very capable cook, who chooses to be lazy every so often. This lasagna is not your conventional lasagna with layers/sheets of pasta. The meat sauce….omg…..it is divine and unlike anything I can replicate 😍. The cheese so fresh and tasty. I get 3 x large adult serves from a tray, makes it a great, on-budget meal. I need to be lazy more often!
