Make your favourite Palena Fresh Chocolate Mousse at home with our dry mix and easy as instructions!
This pack will make 30 x 100g serves or 12 of our made mousse tubs.
For 1 tub you'll need;
-Pure or Thickened Cream
-An egg white
Pop 48g of Mousse Mixture into a bowl with the cream and whisk to stiff peak.
In a separate bowl, whisk an egg white to stiff peak.
Fold egg white into mousse mixture.
