This Mince Beef Pie is seriously to die for! It may be Gluten Free but I challenge you to tell.
The Stone Mill has absolutely nailed these pastries. The shortcrust is buttery and the puff is crunchy, just the way it should be. You won’t find anything gluggy or gluey in the middle and every aspect of this pie is hand made with no preservatives or added nasty ingredients, which is something not even the award winning GF pies can say! (yes, we tried them too!)
The meat is 100% Australian Grass Feed Beef. FULL STOP.
